How much does it costs to ship in Italy?

Trecompari s.r.l.s.  offers free shipping throughout Italy, for orders above € 200.00,  for lower amounts, the shipping costs will automatically be calculated during the purchasing.

Can I send my purchases abroad? How much does it cost?

Certainly, while purchasing  it is sufficient to insert the delivery address of shipment and the shipping costs, depending on weight and destination country, will automatically be calculated and displayed.
The Online Store of www.trecompari.com arranges shipments to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Holland, Poland, Portugal, the Principality of Monaco, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Hungary.
The following countries are excluded:
Norway, the Canary Islands, Andorra, Liechtenstein, Turkey, Gibraltar, Aland Islands, Channel Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Campione d’Italia.
During the purchasing process, the shipping costs will automatically be updated by selecting the delivery country.

When will I receive my order?

Once the order has been confirmed, the goods are normally prepared for shipping and given to the courier within the third working day. From that date, the Courier takes about 2-3 working days for delivery in Italy, and up to 7-10 working days for delivery in Europe.
When the Express Courier takes charge of your parcel, you will receive an email to the address indicated during the purchasing process, including a link for the shipping tracking code.

Orders forwarded at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the following working day. In some European and extra European countries, delivery times might be delayed by customs procedures.

Except in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, in accordance with the Consumer Code, the products will be delivered within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days from the day after the date of order, unless Trecompari informs by mail - within the same period – of the impossibility to deliver the goods due to a sudden and temporary unavailability of the Products. In  this case, Trecompari will refund any amounts already paid by the Customer. Should the delay in delivering the goods cause the cancellation of the order, any amount already paid  will promptly be refunded to the Customer, no later than 30 (thirty) days from the day after the date of order to Trecompari.

Is the presence of the Customer or of a person in charge necessary for the delivery of the goods to the address indicated in the order?  Upon delivery of the goods by the Courier, the Customer must check that the number of boxes is the same as indicated in the transport document and that the package is intact or unaltered. Any damage to the parcel and / or the products as well as any mismatch in the number of packages should immediately be reported by writing “control reserve” on the Courier delivery documents. Once the transport document is signed for receipt, no claim can be raised concerning the external appearance of the delivered products.

How can I trace my order

When your order is ready for shipment you will receive an email to the address indicated during the purchase, including a link for the shipping tracking code. You can always trace your order in the website of the courier which has taken charge of your delivery.
If you have not received any e-mail, try checking the folder "Junk Mail" or "Spam" in your inbox, and if use a Gmail address, also control your Promotion folder.

Cosa devo fare se nel pacco che mi viene consegnato manca qualcosa o c'è un prodotto danneggiato?

Payments


Which methods of payment can I use on the Online Store of www.trecompari.com?

Purchases on the Online  Store  of Trecompari can be made by :
-     PayPal
-     Money transfer
-     Cash on delivery (only throughout Italy),  with a financial contribution for shipping costs of 12,00€

How does the cash on delivery payment work?

Paying cash on delivery you can purchase all the products of the Online Store of Trecompari, except those which cannot be shipped (events, cooking/dieting courses etc.).
The payments cash on delivery are accepted for purchases up to 300 euros.
In case of shipment with payment cash on delivery, a little financial contribution of 6,10 € is requested. The Order summary screen, before the order confirmation, displays the final price, including the contribution.
Cash on delivery payment is only possible for shipments throughout Italy.

How does the payment by Money Transfer work?

If you choose to purchase from Online Store TreCompari paying by  Money Transfer, remember to make the payment within 3 days from the order. After this period, if the money transfer is not received, your order will be cancelled. Hereafter the data for the money transfer:

Returns and Refunds


Why cannot I return the food products and cosmetics ?

To protect our Customers and for hygienic reasons the right of withdrawal can be applied only to products that can be remarketed without any danger for consumers.
For the above reason, it will not be possible to return food products nor cosmetics for which an adequate conservation cannot be ensured.

For which products can I ask to apply the right of withdrawal ?

The right of withdrawal applies to all non-perishible products present on the Online Store of Trecompari (i.e. books, gadgets, kitchen utensils and so on).
It will not be possible to return:
-  Easily perishable deteriorate (food products, including spirits and drinks);
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons or are related to health protection (cosmetics);
- Products that have been opened after delivery;
- Customised or clearly personalised products;
- Invoiced orders.

How much does it cost to return products?

The Customers who want to return products will have to pay only the shipping costs for returning the goods to Trecompari s.r.l.s.
The goods return request will be forwarded by e-mail to info@trecompari.com within 14 days from the goods delivery.
